Hello, I had surgery November 2cnd, and about 7 weeks ago my hair was falling out..lots and lots andlots I was a wreck! It has calmed a lot. And I only notice it when i wa**** even then it's not half as bad. So it does get better. I began taking 2 prenatal vitimis a day, not sure if it made a differance. xooxx Gloria

OK, that's what I'll do! This sounds VERY good (and good for ya, too!) so I'll share the nutrition info when I get it. Thanks again Darlene! Monica P.S. Believe me when I tell ya, I know a thing or two about eating and not caring what the nutritional facts were! All I can say is Thank GOD for this surgery and some sense of accountability b/c I sure did need it!

I had very thick hair, but not any more! As you can see your not alone. I knew that hair loss would happen, but I would like to know when it will stop. I am doing my best ot keep my protein up to 75 to 100 grams a day. I was told that would help. I sure hope so.
