I HAVE A DATE!!!!!
Mrs. T:
I have noticed that if I don't eat enough at meal time, I get stomach pain a couple hours later. It took a while for me to realize...Uhh duh it's HUNGER
When I remember to eat enough to feel satisfied at meal time instead of the measured out "normal" stuff then I do better. It's about that time for us to be consuming more calories than before...and it kinda scares me but it's just part of the process. I have been also increasing my dense protein too...and when I remember to do it it works! HTH

Its odd how everyone is different but i never get hungry. My friend that had surgery only about 6 weeks ago says she gets hungry all the time.
The only thing i know that me and her do different is our protein shakes.
I drink about 70 proteins usually by 1 or 2 in the afternoon. She doesn't do hers that way. I don't know how you drink your protein or even if how i drink mine is what keeps me from getting hungry or not. Hope this helps.
I have this problem... here is what I do
I started ,measuring my food carefully...... There were many times I was not eating large enough portions. I also started sipping water *exactly* 15 minutes after I finish a meal.
When I have PMS I still get extremely hungry. I make sure I carry extra items with me that I am alowed to have (cheese sticks and beef jerkey) that way I am not tempted to grab a bag of pretzles, cheesies or some other high carb and fat snack from a vending machine.
I hope that helps.
**hugs**
