Topic: RE: DOSE ANYONE KNOW THE ANSWER???
I would not try drinking for the first time at an "important gathering". Some people dump on alcohol, some can't handle it at all, some sweat profusely, etc. Do you really want any of those things to happen in public? Just have a water with lemon or something like that.

Topic: RE: Almost 7 months out and fighting choc cravings
I most definatly have this problem!!!! If i cant get passed it I do dove or godiva. Very good rich chocolate so that 1-2 pcs are very satisfying. Another way latley has been trail mix from wallmart. the combo of salty sweet has been very satisfying and a little goes along way plus your getting protein at the same time( i added a bag of soy nuts to the mix) going back to the dove the single bar has 4 pcs in it and usually eat 2 and save the other 2 for later plus that makes it so there is non in the house once its gone. When this craving hits me and SF just won't cut it, I just the unjury chocolate protein powder in some warm water or skim milk and it tastes just like hot chocolate... it usually does the trick! Karen 356/252/???

I am right there with you on craving chocolate from time to time. I can handle the SF stuff, and I won't touch the real deal...but I had heard somewhere that if you want chocolate, eat a dill pickle and it kills the craving. I'm not sure if it works, but it might be worth a shot? Christine

Topic: RE: Have any of you had icecream yet?
I've had all kinds of ice cream and many times. I've had sugar free, low sugar and the regular stuff too - no dumping - here's my rule: three bites. I've found that three bites of anything works fine for me. Dr. Oz was on Oprah and he said "three bites" of something is usually okay. And if it was on Oprah....that's nearly gospel isn't it? LOL! I do also like the blue bunny no sugar added ice cream bars and the Klondike Slim Bears - both are scrumptious. However, I feel most satisfied when I have three bites of something really wonderful and then I throw the rest away! Better to let it go to "waste" then to my "waist"!
