Hi, I joined Curves, which I find somewhat boring, but it is good cardio and strength training. I go 4 times one week, then the following week I use my gazelle 4 times (I'm up to 6.5 mph!!!). It seems to mix it up a bit. I'm not good at exercising, I know I should exercise more, but with working and LIFE, I can't seem to find more time. I know that is only an excuse, but at least I'm exercising!! Diane C.

WOW! I didn't think ppl had this many problems at almost 6 months! I can't do chicken or eggs, but everything else is cool! My pouch hates eggs, and chicken just doesn't 'feel' right. And I can eat 1C to 1C 1/2 or 3/4's! I don't do those protien drinks so I eat LOTS of CHEESE! Hope you do better and feel OK!

i am so thrilled today!!! i finally broke the 300's and i weigh 299 now.... i just cant explain how happy i am. and with my bmi im in a lower category now too. ive lost over 10 points off my bmi in just 5 months. ive been a slow loser but it seems to b coming off alittle faster now that my ulcers r under control. im still just so thankful for this chance to become healthier. im thinner now and wearing clothes i havent been able to wear in at least 10 years!!!! life is really good right now. thanks for understanding yall!! lisa -78 lbs next goal is century club and im only 22 lbs away!!!!

I would like to thank you all for responding and KB don't hate please, I just wanted feed back to see if anyone was going through this, not bragging, but looking to see if I can get some feedback and maybe some help. I don't eat cookies everyday nor drink beer, but the past couple of weekends I found myself out in social events and I tried not to indulge, but found myself with a plate of stuff that was not on my diet plan. It did make me feel guilty when I was done eating what I can. I was told by some friends that even though I may snack on a cookie or two, I still don't come close to what I use to eat as far as portions. That was a relief, because I really can't afford to be heavy like I use to be. I do stick to my high protein and low carb diet and work out 5 - 6 days a week with my mix martial arts group, basketball, a run 2-4 miles on at the local high school track and plan to take a trip to Japan to compete in a MMA tournament again once I get the go ahead from the trainer. Topic: What do you eat for lunch?
Hey guys my husband and I are having a hard time of what to eat for lunch. Breakfast and dinner are easy planning, but we are stummped at choices for him to take to work to eat for lunch. I am a stay at home mom so I can cook but he only has access to a microwave and that makes meat yucky. So we are looking for ideas thanks for you help. Leann 235/159/125 goal

LOL that is so funny I went to the doctor yesterday and when she put me on the scale she imediatly went to 200 I said very loudly and not shy at all "oh no I weigh 270" I was so happy not to dread that weigh in.

Oh man, it is a thing to celebrate! I will be so excited when I am just "overweight" and not "obese". I need another 30 lb for that and I can hardly stand it. I can hardly picture my self as "normal" weight. Good work and keep it up!

I think for the most part we all try something we know we are not supposed to. I have been eating easter candy. I dont want to do this anymore so I took all my 4 yr olds candy and threw it out! He doesnt need it anyway! lol I do however feel that we should not deprive ourselves so that it becomes all consuming thought. I have decided that when I want chocolate It will be really good chocolate like dove or godiva. I have on occasion a very small peice of bday cake. I just dont deny myself just a very small portion. I have opted to drink wine instead of beer because the occasional sweet treat is less damaging then stretching my pouch with carbonation. The carbonation will stretch the pouch then you will eat more and end back at square one. Im assuming your not eating a whole package of cookies or drinking a 6pk so if you must enjoy just a little but dont overdo it. Jmo Leann
