Looks like I'm a sister too!! I'm down from 247 to 175. Like you I can't believe the difference. It's like I went in the house in the winter and came out in the spring totally different!! I'm wearing the same sizes as you all, 14/m or L. I feel fabulous, zero problems, and love my new life. You all keep me going here. This is the first time I've come to this board. Sounds like your doing great! I on average only lose 6-7 lbs a month and this month I have kicked up the exercise from 2 days to 4. Been cheating with easter candy (wi*****reased my calorie intake) and this month I lost 10 lbs and 4 inches. the most I have lost since the first month of surg. I dont recommend the chocolate though because now its like I am addicted again. and i so dont want to go there again. its going in the garbadge when my son goes to sleep. ugh! Leann 235/159/125 goal

I started losing my hair in clumps at 3 months out. Thankfully I have ALOT of hair so it wasn't really noticeable to others until about month 4. I got it cut and colored to make it look fuller and now, at 5.5 months out the loss seems to be nearly done (hope I didn't jinx myself) unless I miss protein then I'll find clumps again a day or so later. My Dr. told me to expect the hair loss from months 3-6 and so far, he's been right. I feel for you about it being all over everything...my bathroom seemed like it was never clean because the more hair I cleaned up, the more fell out as I did it! Good luck! Christine 257.5/195
