Topic: RE: Slow Loss?
On 3/29 (my four month anniversary) I had lost 76 lbs since surgery... which means you're 2 weeks & 5 lbs ahead of me. My doctor said my weight loss was -fantastic- and you're right in line with me, so I don't agree with your doctor, and you shouldn't either. You are averaging slightly less than 20 lbs a month, which is a really great number. Be proud of yourself, and keep doing what you're doing! (Well, except for second guessing your accomplishments, that is!)
Topic: Slow Loss?
I went to my dr on the 29th and he said that the 81 lbs that I've lost since surgery was kinda slow. I was thinking, hmm?? I wonder when the last time I lost 81 lbs in a little over 4 months? Does anyone else agree that it's kinda slow? Be honest!!

Renee;
It's a 10 day strict high protein diet to help you jump start your loss again if you've been on a plateau.
You can find it in this profile: http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/members/profile.php?N=C1090331797
It's about 90% the way down the page titled "How to Break a Plateau."
