I am the tortoise of losers here, but that's ok!
I'm down 54 lbs (I think) and I lost track of the total inches. I do know that since last month I lost 1 inch each from my waist and thighs, and 3.5 inches from my hips...so I really shouldn't complain about being stuck on the pounds.

I'm a lightweight so I'm down 65lbs pre surgery and 53lbs post surgery. I made it to onederland this week. Yeah. Good luck to everyone and good job with your weight loss.

Hey everyone. I dont post very often but do check up daily on everyone! I just wanted to share my WOW Moments for the week. I do a abs and glutes class twice a week, Usually I wear a sports bra and one of DH undershirts. But the shirt has gotten so big that it was getting tangled up with the weights. I had a friend tie it in that back and saw the shape of a much smaller me in the mirror. Wow!!!
Second moment was at the park with my 4 yr old son yesterday and I actually fit my butt in a swing and swang for the first time in years! This is why I had this surgery. so I could play with my son and not just sit on the bench! It was awsome!

I began this journey in July '05 and lost 71 lbs. pre-op and 79lbs. since surgery for a total of 150 lbs.
Weight loss is a bit slower now, but I'm feeling great!
Best to all....
John
