I got one word for ya: ASPERCREME! I have even used it on my temples when I have a headache! It's not greasy and it doesn't smell.

Hey all! I go to the gym 4-5x a week for 45-90 minutes depending on my schedule and I do cardio and weights. I have increased my workout steadily with no troubles at all. Today, my trainer added in lunges and squats and for the first time since starting, I am sore enough to complain. My legs feel like rubber and going the steps is actually kind of scary...I feel like my legs will give out. I really am unsure of what to use for muscle soreness...I don't want to take Tylenol, it barely works on my headaches so why waste the pouch space, but I am not really thrilled with the idea of slathering IcyHot on my entire leg either. Any suggestions for something that doesn't smell bad and isn't too greasy? TIA! Christine

B: 1 packet instant grits w/ a slice of cheese and a T. Promise Spread S: 1 apple, cut up, with 2T. ranch dressing L: 1-1/2 C. soup (I make homemade veggie w/turkey and measure it into cup containers & freeze) S: Piece of cheese (I LOVE CHEESE!) D: Sometimes a Lean Cuisine dinner or turkey spaghetti or more soup! I seem to do well with my soup so I have been eating that for about 2 1/2 months now. Chicken and h'burger doesn't taste good anymore so I've switched to turkey. It works well for most anything, even cheeseburgers! Hope this helps!...Janet~

Everyone!! Check out this WLS website I found..Ive looked at the Books, and food materials- and I love it - There are several books that I recommend- like Pat Levine's cookbook + Successful habits of WLS patients and a companion workbook & even a WLS cookbook by Carnie Wilson..plus they sell Optisource products- which are made for absorption by the WLS patient- I've used the Vitamins- they are chewable- and citrus flavored - they also have Revival Soy products- you have to check out the RS crackers - one surgeon provided them at recent reunion- in all the flavors and all the patients went nuts- every flavor was better than the next! Oh - and they also sell Nectar & AnyWhey proteins..The AnyWhey is unflavored- and can be used in cooking and preparations - so thats another way to get protein in! AND the Nectar is my favorite..It is based on "fruit like" flavors - Fuzzy Navel ( Orange & Tangerine) Natural Tea ( imagine iced tea ) Carribbean Cooler ( tastes like a Pina Colada without the alcohol) ..plus they have a new flavor- Cappucino- which is supposed to be like a cold or hot latte.. Ive given up my other proteins ( like Isopure & Designer Whey) the Nectar is superb- it mixes with a spoon or a shake- and it tastes good- just add fruit and ice! And if you also have any cool websites for us to see- TELL US!! And they have medic alert necklaces as well as bracelets! P.S.- The pricing on this website- was cheaper than what I've seen at Bariatriceating.com.. I like it!! ENJOY! DONNA http://wlbss.com It includes the following: 1.
