Just wanted to say if you have tummy pain don't take vicodin! when I take that I have sever srtomach pain from the vicodin. Hope all was okay at the doctor's. Cathy

Hi Everyone! How are you all holding up with the cold? Hope y'all are doing great. I'm feeling better. My PCP put me on some meds for some mild depression due to Menopause, as I don't want to go the HRT route. Plus some cohash, and it all seems to be working. Now, to the new one: Whenever I drink anything really cold, if I drink more than a small sip at a time, I get cramps. I can drink cool, but not cold. I didn't have this problem before. Any ideas from anyone? Nona

Happy Anniversary to my surgury date mate!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have my checkup on the 28th of this month. I have my bloodwork and its great. I feel wonderful. Life is great and I hope its for you also. Two years post op exactly at 7:30 AM this morning. I had my 2 yr checkup and my surgeon was very pleased. He was excited that, even though I'm still about 10# below our projected goal, my weight has been exactly the same for 11 1/2 months. My BMI is 20 and 20% body fat. My hydration is good....my labs all great...... I just wanted to give him a big ole ((((hug)))) & My DH and I went to our favorite Mexican Restaurant (Senor Frog) and since it was warm, we ate outside. It's been a wonderful day....I give Him all thanks for my 2nd anniversary. luvitsunnyv

Hi Little Jesi, How are you doing? I got off some of the gain, too, but not all. I was up to 205 from 191 and am down to 196 and holding for a week. So I guess this is it. I don't eat supper Monday through Thursday as I can't exercise at night. I get too many leg cramps/pains if I do it that late. So I eat around 4, some fruit and cheese, and skip supper. I haven't been hungry lately anyway. I go to the dr on Friday for a pain in my tummy area that won't go away. Can't keep living on Vicodin. Snow is scheduled for Thursday into Friday, but I'm going, no matter what. Being Witnesses, we don't celebrate the holidays. So I will be working most of the time, covering for everyone who wants to be off. It's slow, so it won't be hard to do. Nona
