Thanks Kelly, Yes, I love to shop. I have always loved to shop. Even when I was big I had a ton of clothes. I'm a big bargain shopper. I wish you lived closer so we could shop together.

o.k. so i've tried soooo many different ones out there some were gritty some were just plain nasty but this is the best one by far it tastes like a melted milkshake. its bally total fitness performance whey protein i got it at rite-aid 2 pounds for 25 bucks per scoop it has 100 calories 2 carbs 1 sugar and 19 grams of protein.its the best tasting one i have tried

I am getting a new digital camera so hopefully I can do it real soon. I have my before picture and when I look at how I was before I can't believe that I was in denial about my weight. Real soon I will post picture.
