Hello, I just got back home from shopping. I went to a local thrift store and bought size 12 jeans and size 12 black pants. I thought it was just a fluke and went to Target. I took a pair of 14's and 12's in the dressing room. The 14's were a little big on the back of my waist and the 12's fit!!!! I am so excited. They look so small when I hold them up. LOL

Hi Liz, another one sent me his. Gary Smith: I had surgery December 27, 2004. I started at 240 pounds and have lost 84 pounds so far. Still working at it, but it is slow movin! Everyone has done such a great job losing!
