Hello Sharon, Congratulations on reaching the century club. I'm 5ft 6 in. and to have a normal bmi I have to get down to 154. I've already lost 194 pounds and I can't wait to hit the double century club. What part of Houston do you live in? I belong to a support group in Pasadena. Take care, Diana

According to your profile, you're already in the club !! Congrats on reaching the -100 pound lost mark. I just reached it last Sunday. If you email [email protected]... you can request that they add a Century club card to your profile....but be patient...it takes a while. They are really busy. Congrats again ! Karen G
