All right gals, let's do something about this. I'm in the same boat. ...craving carbs, sweets -- ate 1/2 apple fritter this a.m. for a snack and a donut this afternoon. Can't believe I'm admitting this to anyone. Well, I admitted it to my buddy Donna in an earlier e-mail. Anyhow, let's make a commitment to each other to do something really positive tomorrow -- just for tomorrow, okay?
Tomorrow, I'm going to log my food and be sure to get all my water in. Hey, it's a start. Also, our new treadmill is being delivered tomorrow, and I will get on it FOR SURE. I've got to go to work as soon as it gets here and I work from 11:30 to 7:30, so I'll walk for about 15 min. after I get home.
Okay, how about you????

Dear Tammy could you please tell me what they are going to do to you? Does the Insurance pay for this or do u have to pay for it out of pocket? I have went from 260 to 130, and God Knows I really never thought that i would have to have this done but I need it. I feal worse about my body now then I did when I was heavy.
