I'm late I've been busy - I have lost 128 pounds

Melissa, That is certainly not a depressing post, but a loving mother post. Your friends son will be soo missed by you and his family and community. Over the years having foster and adoptive children in our home it is very humbling to know that they need that family care and love so badly. I'm sure that even though your little kiddo knows just what button to push to get to Mommy, he also knows that his family adores him... And Im sure Gage knew that too. Last December 1st, 2004 I weighed 374, today I weighed myself and I weighed 217. Can you believe that I have lost 157 pounds in less than 13months. It just seems incredible. I have went from bursting out of a size 32 to a size 18. I feel wonderful. I wish you all the best! Kym

Hi there everyone... I had a Lap Band put in on Dec 7, 2004 and have lost 35 pounds as of January, 2006. Not as impressive as some of you RNY'ers, but at least I'm still a loser!
