Ohhhh Donna honey! I am so there with you... I am sitting still in regard to the scales right now and it's so frustrating to me... I noticed that when I start to eat like that I am about to drop weight again too... I'm hoping that is what's happening because my appetite has been way high! I have also been into the carbs hot and heavy and that's just gotta stop now... I gotta get back on track again for sure and I think mostly its due to my inactivity cuz I am on semester break... I can't wait to go back so I can get the weight moving again (hiking across the campus will do that for ya

)... Oh yah BTW it's below zero here today so you're having a heat wave there...

I live right by Lake Ontario and BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR is all I can say... Ok I am off to take a nap since I had to have my MIL at the hospital so early this morning... She had surgery and is doing good at the time being!

I had my surgery 12/8/04 and I've lost 99 pounds. Been stuck here for a couple months already. A little discouraged but happy, I've lost 99. Still would like to lose another 25.
