Well...I have lost about 73 lbs in a year but I also had a baby in that year too LOL! I had surgery on 12/13/04 and found out that we were pregnant in January 2005! So, I had a gain of a beautiful 11.4 pound baby and a loss of 73 pounds in one year! Amy Wife to Awesome Hubby Dave (12/06/97)

Congratulations Tammy. I have an appt with a PS tomorrow at 2. I am very nervous aout it. I can't imagine standing there totally naked while he examines me. I am going to have to hold my breath and go for it. I really want to find out if this is for me! Terri 358/177

I had my surgery Dec. 8th also! I stopped about 3 months ago. My Dr. told me that I am probably not going to lose anymore unless it comes straight from me now. He said your body only does so much for you after surgery. Once you hit that spot it is all you. That means that if I want to lose anymore I have to work at it. Increase my work-outs! I have been trying to do that now and i guess you could say it worked! My jeans are fitting a little better. I am still at the same weight but I am inches smaller!
