I didn't notice how late you posted this because look how late I am in getting back on the mb this week! It has not been a great week but it is OVER!

Not much of a drop but I'll take it!!!! Stress-from-h*ll week since last Sat. night and work was tough w/really high-level visitors. Relied heavily on the Ambien for 'sleep' and managed to get abt. 6-7 hrs most nights and waking up usually only twice a night. Not bad, but the Ambien, stress, too much coffee all gave me a week-long headache which went away this morning. Woohoo!!!! Woke up to rainy cool weather this morning and it has had me in a good mood all day since it takes the pressure off from yardwork guilt.
One fun thing, I may have caught the stomach bug that is going around at work. Could be a ticket to another few # loss!!! LOL! Would just be my karmic kind of luck that it isn't a bug but just gut rumblings from the huge amount of ulcer meds I've been taking this week. Am I a dork or what?

Trying to only eat when i am hungry and stop when i am full......plus none of this eating and drinking business...which is why no breakfast...by the time i have had my water and (diet dp) it is lunch time.....

Lunch: 3 Low fat cheese sticks (was going to have ham too...but it was slimey

Dinner: Lettuce, Tomato, Avocado, 4oz fajita meat (sprinkle of grated cheese)
Snack: Detour Protein Bar
Did 45 cardio & 45 weight training. New resolution i am taking my gym clothes to work with me so that i can go to the gym on the way home....once i am home FORGET it....you girls have known me so long i bet you have heard this resolution before


Eats:
-Protein coffee with FF whippage
-1.75 ounces of peanuts
-2 oz pepper jack cheese
-Rockstar Light Vanilla Coffee/energy drink (100 cals)
-4oz 93% lean hamburger with 1/2 oz of chedder cheese
-salad with romaine, cauliflower, peppers, onion, ff feta cheese, crumbled walnuts and golden raisins with light sweet vadallia onion dressing that I watered down to a vinegerette
edited to add: 3 large strawberries

(I am keeping track of my eats with a very small spiral notebook in my purse because many times i forget what I have eaten and this also makes me see in black and white exactly what my "damages" are.
Moves:
I had a lot of errands to run today. The peanuts and cheese was from a gas station. Coulda been worse, I am proud of myself LOL and it really hit the spot actually. So I didn't get any formal exercise in today but prob walked I bet at least 5 miles.. I was walking from noon until 7pm off and on.. mostly on. LOL

My eats so far:
-Breakfast
sf hazelnut capuccino
low sugar oatmeal with milk raisins and walnuts
-Snack
Atkins protein bar
Lunch
white rice
beef sauteed with onions....

3 marshmellows
-Snack
2 lo cal cheese sticks
Kellogs fruit bar
-Dinner should be:
-Stir fry(with PAM) chichen with veggies
Glass of wine before bed time.....my special treat
Maybe I will get motivated next week and go for a walk around the neighborhood...
