We can try this again, whoever wants to jump in first to initiate go for it!!! It only takes a minute and knowing we are gonna have to share what we eat might be the push we all need....
So on that note....What did ya eat and how did ya move yesterday???
Eats
:
Breakfast: Protein coffee with 3/4 scoop arctic frap protein powder and SF caramel with FF whippage
Lunch: Salad with romaine, cukes, peppers, onions, FF feta cheese and light balsamic vinegerette salad dressing.
Snack: EAS RTD protein shake
Dinner: Supreme protein bar (the big one.. 320 calories)
Snack: Greek yogurt with 1 tbsp of pitachio SF FF pudding mix and splenda and almond extract mixed together.
Dinner #2: 1/2 cup low fat asian broccoli slaw with almond slivers, 4 oz of pulled chicken and 2 oz cocoa covered almonds
Snack: double dose of SF hot cocoa with SF mashmellow syrup.. 50 cals with whippage.
As you can see the end of the day is my worst time... better today. This added up to be only about 1500 calories though... thank goodness i made good choices or you can see how bad choices could easily make this a 5,000 caloire day. Yeah, I am needng this thread.... thanks everyone.
Moves

Please answer yes or no. Don't need a reason why. Na-na has mentioned this and I am willing to do it if you all are, I may not be able to do it everyday but I can give it a shot.
Let me know!

Topic: RE: Wednesday Weigh in & Accountability
I have not weighed myself in a ling time, but did this morning in antipation of this post
Started 372
Lowest 187
Current 232
I lost all my weight in the first 12 months and since then I have offically gained back 45 pounds. Horrible, I eat like sh** and I eat constantly. I know what is wrong, but do nothing to fix it. I have not taken vitamins in months, I have them, but am to lazy to put them together. I am due for blood work and a surgeons visit this month. I have not been to support group since January. So with all that said, Better get my ass in gear!
Topic: RE: X-post Help tooth pain question
Aw sweetie (((Hugs)))
I would steer clear from ibuprofen b/c the drug goes into your system (systemically - meaning blood stream) and causes the chance for ulcers to arrise. I have a friend who took one dose and ended up with a perforation of her anastamosis (stoma) and ended up with a huge incision and emergency surgery. NOT worth it.
I would go to the store and look for a drug called Anbesol... paint it on the tooth area and see if it helps. More than likely it is nerve pain. You may need tylenol #3 for a while, yes it does cause drowsiness so don't drive with it or operate machinery as they like to say ;-) It is safe to take tho with gastric bypass.
There really isn't anything that we can take anti-inflammatory wise that doesn't give us an increased risk for bleeding and or ulcers.. so I woudl stay away from aleve, ibuprofen, motrin etc. Sorry to say that :(
I hope u feel better soon!
Edited to add: apply ice to your cheek where the tooth is for about 20 mins with some sort of barrier between your cheek like a thin towel to prevent any frost bite. Only for 20 mins and then reapply ever 1-2 hours as needed. This may also help the swelling.

Topic: RE: Not something I want to do everyday But
Looks good Nana! Ok I think the half and half is a bit overkill honestly... so 4 half and halfs in each cup? please clarify.. if so? you know where your extra calories are coming from!
I use arctic frappacino from gourmet whey as creamer and its delicioius and add SF caramel to it.. YUM. Might be better than using all that half and half.. you are drinking a lot of your calories and that concerns me. I am glad your weight hasn't gone up but I do think that is an issue that can haunt you later.
At least isn't a cookie or brownie or ice cream but definently something to look at!
I will see if anyone wants to do daily eat threads... i remember us doing these and they were helpful.
Thanks nana!
