Wow, that is great, I still get a little winded with the steps but I am walking so much better and faster. Amazing what this surgery has done for all of us, I actually had a wow moment this weekend I got in a pair of 18s, i couldn't believe it! Life is good!!!

Congrats on your good news!!! I am doing well and I don't stress either, if the scales don't move I lose inches, it is a win-win situation!

Congrats to you too! It is great to be a quitter and a loser. My dh has a snuff addiction, I wish he would quit but I must admit I am not even tempted to 'take a dip', lol!
