insurance decided 6 days before surgery they would not cover

please clarify your insurance benefits mine told me and my dr office i had coverage but required 6 months of nutritional counseling before i could have surgery. Just found out today after 6 mths,and  3 weeks of daily communication with insurance and dr . then insurance says my benefit did not cover any type of obesity surgery they misinformed us.please be careful and make sure speak to several agents because each one gave me different info. now i am the one who misses out.

I UNDERSTAND HOW YOU FEEL. I JUST FOUND OUT THAT MY INSURANCE DOESNT COVER ANY WLS. I HOPE EVERYTHING WORKS OUT FOR YOU. GOOD LUCK
