Thursday! Headed to Michigan Tomorrow
Tonight I'll be busy cleaning the car inside and out before we hit the road tomorrow. I don't know why, but I have to start a trip with a pristine vehicle....that is going to be covered in bugs and dropped Cheese-its by the time we arrive.....oh, well, that is me.
Cable/Internet working again...peace restored to my world.
Eats today:
B1-Jimmy Dean Delights breakfast sandwich
B2-grilled chicken breast
S-1/2 banana
L-Chunky Healthy Request soup (yes, I'm one of those wierdos that eats soup year round)
S-Chobani
S-other 1/2 banana
D-steak, salad
Dessert- NSA ice cream bar
no formal exercise,,,,,just car cleaning (in this heat it will result in lots of sweat!)
I'll post tomorrow, then I'll be back on the 16th!
