I'm so sorry for your loss Susan.  It's hard to lose a family member like that.  Pets enrich our lives so much with their unconditional love.

Well, you all know what's new with me so I won't reha**** I just want to thank all of you for your caring support you gave through a difficult time. I'm so lucky to have friends like you.

Tammy, your call was most welcome. I love you.

Going to work looking like I've been in a prize fight, but go to work I will. The love and support I'll get there will get me through today. Again, I'm so fortunate.

Back down to the #125's, this makes me smile this morning.

Love and hugs to you all. Have a great weekend.....get out and MOVE!

DON'T FORGET TO REGISTER FOR THE WALK FROM OBESITY. TIME'S RUNNING OUT!

go get a tape measure and start keeping track of inches.

dont worry.....

you may need to tweak your diet or your fitness routine.

in regards to fitness after a while our bodies get "used" to our workouts if you dont change them up. You can add more weights, increase speed and inclines, or throw in jumping rope or something you dont do.

dont get down......it will be ok.....

My dear Susan,
My heart breaks for you, as you know Mike and I run our own personal zoo here.  We too lost one of our babies this week, one reason Ive been scarce.
The rainbow bridge is such a great story, and I know that there will come a day that I'll get there and see my horses I have laid to rest in my back yard, and now my 8 month old catahoula puppy who was so skiddish when we got him, we couldnt get our hands on him, just last week, he warmed up and would get in my lap.  Came home the other day to find him in the middle of the road!!  We have cried and missed him, so I certainly understand how you are.
Keep your head up, hold your memories dear to you and remember that you were the best mom and dad he could ever have.  Call if you need to cry over the phone, wish I were closer, we'd cry on each other in person.
Know that I love you and am keeping you and Gary in my thoughts and prayers.

All my love,
Rhonda

P.S. One asked one day why I never changed my avatar to my pic anymore, well, that great beauty is one of our babies that we no longer have in person, and it does my heart good to see him every time I log on.

Susan I am so sorry for your loss. I don't handle death very well.  I am still crying over the death of my friend. A couple of weeks ago I was reading one of my favorite scriptures John 14th chapter. In this particular version it says He goes away to make a place for us an when our room is ready he comes to get us. Well Sherlock's room was ready and now he is in dog heaven checking out his new surroundings. May God give you his kind of peace during your time of loss.

I am very sorry, Susan.  It always hurts so much to lose a long time family pet.  Only time will fill the void.  Dian still misses her little dog terribly bad, but has many memories to recall.  Once the hurt subsides a bit, the memories are nice to have.  It sounds like Sherlock had a wonderful life with great love and care from his people.   Soon the hurt will fade a bit and the warm memories will take its place.  Until then, take some time to grieve and work through the hurt.  My thoughts are with you and Gary.

Just when I thought I couldn't cry anymore, there ya go. This is a wonderful story, and just how I feel. Sherlock is now with Phil the snake, Peanut the parrot, Einstien and Bogie the ****atiels, and many others that have touched our hearts over the years.

Sherlock, the one with A.D.D is running in circles ignoring everyone else, abd having a glorious time of it.

Thank you for being my friend, and Sherlock's, too
