Well thank goodness for that advertising email that came from obesity.com! I wouldn't have known about this state specific board! I am in Denver, a few blocks south of DU, near University and Dartmouth. I live walking distance between Swedish and Porter hospital. My PCP has admitting priviledges at both. There are no lap band surgeons that do, however. Grrrrrr!

Hi Gar. (love that name..is it short for something?) Anyway, I live in Arvada and work in Boulder. Terrific view in the morning. I am pre-op and fighting insurance. I want to have Michael Snyder do my surgery. Just have to wait and see.

Ok No one has posted in a long while. I did something great this weekend. I learned how to manouver my 29 ft motorhome without a hitch. I never would attempt that at 250 pounds down 128 pounds and 110 inches. I am having a great summer despite an infection in my plastic surgery incision on my hip. Hope everyone is having a great time loosing and for you pre ops I hope your journey goes well carla klein
