How long are you in the hospital after an RNY? I have a friend that is having surgery tomorrow and I want to go see her. (Tammy: pm me your last name and I will try to visit you too. Not sure since it will be over the weekend and the hubby is a jerk about stuff like this.)

Tammy, there are so many new favorite things.

just got back from talking a long walk on the beach with my cousins and one of them remarked how 2 summers ago I wouldn't even have ventured as far as I did today. It is nice to be able to join in phsyical activities without losing my breath or having achy knees!

I love being able to shop for clothes, now that I am not limited to one or two stores.

I flew to VA last week and loved fitting in the seat of the airplane and having room to spare!

I like not having to take blood pressure or cholesterol medicine.

Enjoy your day and I will be waiting for you back on the losers bench!
