71 lb lost pre-op Abdominoplasty & Panniculectomy Dec 4th, 2009
Well it has been a long journey, but I am at my personal goal and have maintained it for a few weeks. I am 19 months out and have lost 214 lbs since my highest weight and 143 lbs since surgery.
I encourage all to eat your protein, drink your liquids, stay on top of your vitamins and don't deprive yourself of anything in moderation. Wish you as much success on your journey.

Have you noticed the horrible after taste this optifast is leaving in your mouth? It tastes good going down - but my breath is like trench mouth - I bought listerine strips, breath spray, sf altoids....and try to stand far away from people when I'm talking!

Glad everything went well. Enjoy your journey, remember it is worth attaining your goals. Be sure to stay on top of your fluids, protein and walking!
