D - thin and crispy meat lovers pizza
S - CarbSmart ice cream

evening batch: starting
Proferrin: pending

EXERCITES:
none

Hi Gina and everwyone.
We'll probably go see Harry Potter one day next week.

Still hot here...108 this afternoon. I increased my protein and fluids today. We'll see what happens.

B: bacon, double protein shake
S: double protein shake
L: tuna salad on 1/2 piece of Julian bread
S: Swiss cheese
S: double protein shake
D: hamburger (small) with tomato, onion, avocado...no bun
S: maybe shake cake or cafe mocha

Vites and fluids on track.
Exercites: 25 minutes n the recumbent bike. 1 hour in the pool.

We went to the 9:30 show and didn't have a problem with crowds or anything. Good luck with the added protein and fluids.

I've been home from the hospital a full day now.
B-protein shake
L-cream of wheat
D-protein shake

Lots and lots of water, took all my pills.
When I see the doctor on Tuesday he might change my diet and give me more variety.
Exercise--light walking.

What;s up my peeps? So good to hop on the thread today, been so busy and for the last couple of days, i was not feeling to good. Better today. Off of work today and Monday due to the construction of the 405 freeway.

B-eggs, cheeses, hot dog,onion, jalapeno and 1 slice of low carb bread/butter 20g
S-Protein coffee 35g
L-Protein coffee 35g
L2-veggie salad with  Parmesan cheese and lemon vinaigrette dressing 5g
D-Turkey and cheese sand on toasted low carb/light bread with  pepperocinis 20g
S-Not sure yet

Vite's on track
Liquids all in
did a lot of shopping and walking today.
