Protein shakes (5 singles throughout the day) - 130g
Boneless pork ribs crisped in olive oil - 11g
Mcdouble plain, 1/2 bun - 20g

I'm sorry I was in such a snit yesterday. I realized in the middle of the night that I'm actually at 30% of my goal lost. It took me a year and a half to put on that 40 pounds and I just lost it in 12 weeks, plus the extra 10 I put on in the hospital. What the hell am I so upset about??

Crazy day, we had our benefits meeting before work started. Luckily the cafeteria had Tilapia (yeah!). Running very late today so ... not a good food planning day. These things will happen.. :-(

So today is day 3 of having to force myself to eat. I am just not really interested in food right now. I thought I'd never say that. Weightloss Mode
B: 2 eggs scrambled w/breakfast sausage and 1/3 cup mozerella cheese
L: Smoked Ham shank, this all came back up along with my noon time vites. Not pleasant
S: Grape tomatoes
D: The meat from gumbo with a few pieces of okra and very little broth
S: Greek yogurt yummieness
Protein: 103 grams (not my tartget #)
Vites: All in except bed time
Fluids: 80+oz
Exercites: None
You did really well considering you didn't want to eat. I hope you feel better soon.
