Thanks, I think the 130s are my new minimum (well we'll see how the weekend goes). One day earlier this week I forgot to add 14g of protein for peanuts and I finished my Greek yogurt in 4 days not 5 (you can only get the 5% fat yogurt in a really big pot) so that would've been an extra 5g protein Monday - Thursday.
I'm off to Egypt next week so the sun should help my vitamin D levels, plus the mirena coil which I'm getting in less than 3 weeks - yikes. Depoprovera shots have been good to me for many years, but my bones require the change!! I'm determined to have good labs!! ![]()

IKWYM about the folks north of us. My cousin from FL posted a picture of the staging area from his utilities truck this morning. He is on loan up there trying to get folks' power lines back up. I also heard from a friend in Staten Island this morning that their power just came back on but she said they were lucky and most were not. : (
