Topic: 24 to go b4 my surgery

I have 24 hours to go b4 my surgery on Tuesday. I am super excited and now the nerves are starting (the good kind). So ready for the change that sometimes I shiver at it (that could be the Holy Spirit too) when I think about it, talk about or pray about it. Can anyone tell me the best way to drink that magnesium citrate? the book says to drink it cold and I have to drink the whole bottle, but do I have to drink it all one time or can I sip on it LOL.

Hello. I am relocating back to Ft. Stewart and I would like to join a new support group and also meet new members...i currently live in St. Charles mo. I attend Depaul Hospital support team..I am 10 months out. I am open for information on exercise, maintaining, recipes, and chat to enhance our new life..
If anyone knows where a meeting is being held near Savannah, please let me know..I will be there by the first of June..

Today I had all my lab work and meetings in Alabama with Dr. Freeman. My surgery time is 6 am 4/12/11 @ the RMC. I can not tell you how EXCITED and HAPPY I am that my pcm here at Ft. Benning pointed to Dr. Freeman and his staff! I love him and all his staff and I am looking forward to this journey to living a better life!
