For breakfast I usually have a protein bar, or sometimes, quiche, oatmeal, or leftovers from the night before.
I hate to say it but with the CRAP BAND it's usually a no win situation. :-( My band has been a complete waste of time and MONEY!!!
As long as it doesn't coincide with the WLSFA Vegas Meet n Greet I am in. I am hoping to be in Vegas May 11-16.

Btw............ MyBariatricPantry will either be there for the event or will at least send some samples or door prizes.
I did not know your son had been in hospital. I will pray for you and him. Girl I know you deserve the break so I hope you enjoy and find that rich man lol

I was just wondering if anyone here used Dr. Michael Williams for roux-en-y. I am just curious about what I need to have at home for when I get home from surgery.
Also, I have read nothing but wonderful reviews on him. My surgery is scheduled for March 31st at Emory John's Creek. I am super excited!

The GA Losing for Life Support meeting will not be held this month at Henry Medical Center.
I will be soaking up the sun in the Bahamas next week. This is a much needed vacation.
I'll see everybody next month's meeting on April 9th. We will be having the Spring/Summer Clothing Exchange.
Please mark your calandars and invite all your family and friends to join us.
Everyone is welcome, and you do not have to be a wls patient to participate in the clothing swap.
p.s.
If I am not at the clothing exchange in April, it will be because some filthy rich man in the Bahamas wooed me onto his yatch and is holding me captive.
If that should occur, I will be sailing around the world in luxury. I am sure I will be forced to shop with reckless abandonment everytime we stop to re-fuel, but I am strong and can handle the torture.
Otherwise, I'll have size 10-16 to share
