I received a list of support groups from my insurance provider and there was one of Covington and Conyers. I was so excited!! But...when I called, they said they only discuss the DS. I see you had the RNY. I am wanting to have the sleeve.

It is led by a bariatric nurse, so she knows her stuff. Also all the types of surgeries are discussed. People there that have had your surgery done, too. The downside??? The DRIVE!!!

I live in Newnan, down past the airport, and I started a group once down on this side of town, but ended up having to work on Saturdays, so passed it off.

I left out some pertinent info. on the last post, so I deleted it. 2nd try...I am looking for a surgeon in the metro Atlanta area who does the VSG surgery, and uses a smaller bougie. I am looking for someone who does a size 34 or 32.
If you know of anyone please let me know. I will then research them to make sure they are approved by my insurance ( and me!!! )
