Bloomingdale, IL? Need workout buddy!

Hey all.. Was wondering if there is anyone in Bloomingdale area that would like to be my workout buddy. I am almost 4 months out and the weight loss is slowing down and I need a motivation not an excuse! If anyone is interested let me know!

where do you usually work out at?

I have a memership to The Itasca Fitness Center. There also are some great trails right out side my work door in the Springbrook Nature Center (Itasca). Roselle also has some nice paths near Lake Park West at the park district. You do not have to be a member to use the inside or outside paths in Roselle. I also thought of the paths in the Forest preserve. Chris

Hi there! I am still a pre-op, but also need motivation to keep up the exercise! I live in Glendale Heights, and belong to Lifetime Fitness, or perhaps we could just walk outside or at the mall if that sounds better... please let me know! Thanks, Pat
