Has anyone been denied by bcbsil ppo and then won an appeal?

Don't get discourgaed it usually takes about 4-5 appeals letter is what I was told when I consulted an attorney. He also said that you should send a very detailed letter stating every date that you have been seen for something related to obesity. Secondly, send a copy to the Illinois Board of Health Insurance. They have to watch everything an insurance company does. Good luck
