Hi Everyone: I am a newby and will probably be going back and forth between Illinois and Missouri boards since I live in Illinois but have to cross the border to Missouri for my surgery. I finally have a date scheduled and am very excited. February 23, 2007. This has been a very long and slow process, I've had insurance approval since November. I am going to DePaul Health Center and Dr. Roger de la Torre will be my surgeon. I can't thank Tooter enough for her assistance in helping me locate DePaul and making sure that they are covered by my insurance. THANKS TOOTER!!!! Anyway, I am excited to be here and look forward to making some new friends as I journey forward. Cathy

Congratulations on your upcoming surgery! Its such a great experience. I too travel to Missori for my follow up appointments. I just transferred to a doctor closer to home. Good luck and keep us posted on your progress. Shelley
