Profile Pictures

How the heck can I post my picture on my profile, it asks for a URL. I have pictures on my computer, but only on my hard-drive, not on a URL or anything like that. And I can't see for your profile picture where you can upload. I uploaded on to put on my profile, but not one for my actual profile picture (am I making any sense here?) HELP!

Hi. What you can do is go to your ObesityHelp photo album and then upload the photos into your photo album from your computer. Under each picture you upload is a link or url to the photo - just copy that link into your profile You can find tutorials to assist with all this by clicking HELP in the upper right corner of any page of Obesityhelp and then view the two red links at the top of the help list.
