Hello IL from the WI Dells

Hey girls and boys happy start to your weekend. Had a great day yesterday on the drive up here from the Chgo area. It was nice and relaxing as we drove some back roads thru the Roscoe/Rockton area and then up thru Beloit & Janesville where we got back on the freeway past Madison to the Dells. It was nice to see some different country. Plus I was playing with our new phones that we got on Monday. We both got some new Rajor phones, me pink and Dave silver. They are a lot of fun. They came with horrible instruction books but we are figuring it out. Well, today we are going to have our old fashioned pic taken. We have it done every year with a different theme. Lot of fun, they are also included in our Christmas cards to different people on our list each year. We usually have it done in June when we come up but we decided to do it early so we have more free time in June and it is always so busy here in June. So we have less crowds to deal with now. So what ya all drinking this morning? I am having my usual black java, nice and strong. Need to get moving and go places. Gonna watch the local news for a bit then get ready for breakfast. Yep, Christine has been out there typing from the hotel. She is having too much fun, but i think her laptop is attached to her hip. SOme folks just pack clean underwear for a trip! jeannine

All I can for you two ladies is that you are wise A$$es, I will get you both at support group next month, I will deal with you both in person! Yeah, I am a junkie. When ya don't have any kids you can camp out on the internet. But, the last two days I have also been doing some surfing in the form of researching a new vacuum cleaner. So far the Dyson DC 19 pet picker upper one is winning hands down over Hoover, Oreck, Bissell and Dirt Devil. It has the best reviews of any I can find. Dave & I firgured that after being married we could splurge on a new vacuum after almost 34 years. Our machine we have right now was given to us as a wedding gift! We are still going to keep it so we do not have to bring a vacuum up the stairs and it is a Hoover that is almost all metal not the plastic stuff you buy now adays. We spent some of our time up here getting our old time photos taken and shopping for the vacuum at Home Depot, Kohls and Wally World. Chris

Hi Chris.. I guess that makes us three wise a$$es!!! Anyhow, I've heard nothing but good things about Dyson brand vacuums. I will say, they sure don't make anything like they used to. That was a great gift that has lasted a long time. So Dave has put up w/ you for 34+years? That's a long time. Congratulations! We'll talk soon. Keep warm! Christina
