Can I get my own Insurance?

Is it possible to get an individual Insurance plan to cover my wls.

I would think so, but might be more expensive then going ahead and paying for the surgery out of pocket.

I was just looking at that and be careful too make sure they don't have an exclusion! then like blue cross they have a pre thingy so you have to pay 220 a month but you have to wait for 12 months. then who to say they wont exclude it after? Now there is a Dr in-ill who if you have medicaid you pay like 7000 and he will do the surgery. I don't know if that helps but good luck to you.
