by the way...look for meetups in your area. People are doing this nation wide. www.meetup.com type in walking in the search field and put your zip code. There has to be one near you...if not, create one!

Holy crap! Look at you! Your face looks so differnt! I ahve been bad for a while. I have not been posting. I just got a new job, with less hours. I was working up to 70 hrs a week, so hopefully, I will have more time now.

Yeah, I finally started losing in my fact too. It took awhile. I've only got a few pounds left to Dr. Guskey's goal for me, but I wouled like to do 15 more and be the weight it says I am on my drivers license for the first time in my life

LOL. I know! I am down 97 lbs, and am still not where my Driver's license says. Gotta love Dr. Guske though!
