I can't believe it has only taken 3 weeks...I am approved for my surgery in 19 days. Dr. F himself, got on the phone with me and congratulated me. He praised Cynthis (yay) for all her hard work with the insurance company. He also told me that if I have any doubts and want to cancel, that I should know 100% what I want to do. He is so understanding. I love this Dr. and his entire staff!!!

Good morning Shar. I'm so glad that you will have a support meeting just before your surgery. I will be there that night and stay for the entire meeting. I will give you my phone number in case you have any questions or need anything when you come home. I probably don't live very far from you as I am in Wheeling. I am so excited for you!
