Life Weigh Bariatrics patients - upcoming support group

This Thursday is April's support group at the clinic. The topic this month is "Myths in the Exercise World" being presented by our one and only Joey Bonavota, Exercise Physiologist. 7 PM, LWB Offices, 2801 Finley Rd Suite 220, Downers Grove. Should be great, Joey is a great communicator and always has fantastic info for you to take back and use practically. Remember also that there will be a table for the clothing exchange. Bring your clothes that you do not fit into anymore that someone else might be able to use. Maybe you will find something there that you can fit into now or the near future. Christina, where ya been lady? I think of you often. Still have the little fur babies? Us ladies on the board in the Chi-town and 'burbs need to get together this spring. Maybe I will post a small note about it after Easter and see what kind of a response I get. Even if others cannot get together then maybe some of us in the WNW 'burbs are available. Chris
