HELP
Sheryl, we all still crave certain foods. I struggle with carbs big time. For me I just have to knuckle down and vow to stay away from them for the most part. I do treat myself every once in a while. I find that if I totally keep away from them then I go hog wild with them when they make themself available to me. Maybe you are not getting enough calories into you at your meals to stave off the desire for the extra sweets. Try and touch base with your doctor's office and maybe go in for a follow up with the doc or your NUT. Sometimes you just need a "tuneup" by going into see one of them. How about support group, do you go? I find that that is a great tool also to be there to get that boost to using my tool effectively.
