OT: Visitor from MI wanting opinion

Hello all! My DH and I are going to do a weekend away soon and we're interested in particular place in the Chicago area. I'm wondering if anyone has ever stayed at the Ambiance Inn and Suites (http://www.galaxyinn.com/)? If you have or know someone who has, can you give me feedback on the area and Inn? Hi Sheryl ... sorry, can't help you there (I usually stay at the "Karyn Suites" ... I know ... bad joke) ... anyway, I haven't even heard of the Ambiance Inn, but that doesn't mean much ... Well, I looked at the web site and it is not too far from where I live, maybe about 10 miles away. Mannheim Rd in that area is really busy because it is just a little south of O'Hare airport. There are good areas over there and some crummy areas. There is some adult clubs and other businesses in addition to some industrial. Other than that I do not get down Mannheim Rd that much. I pretty much go north on it towards the airport and then to a couple of other expressways. Chris

Hi Chris, thanks! That's what I really want to know.... the inn looks nice inside but I don't want to be in a dump/cheesy area. I don't plan on the sound of the airport bothering me. I'm still hoping someone has actually been there and can give me a review - there are none online. Sheryl In the Zoo
