HHHHHHHHELLLLLLLLLLLLPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have Coresource PPO Insurance and they will not approve a medically necessary abdominoplasty because my bmi is not 30. Does anyone have an internist or doctor, in the Chicagoland area, who has helped them with documenting medical ailments due to large hanging pannus? I am working on a third appeal with my plastic surgeon, Dr. Lawrence Zachary. I would appreciate any advice or thoughts! Thank you!

Are you saying that your ins. requires you to have a BMI below 30 before they will consider you for PS after your WLS? Sorry, I cannot help you on this ins. requirement. My internist is in Schaumburg and I do not know if he can help you are not. He is a WLS friendly doctor. His name is Dr Yeong Kim on Roselle Rd in Schaumburg. I would also suggest that you post your ?? on the PS board, maybe one of the ladies or guys over there can help you. Here is the link http://www.obesityhelp.com/forums/plasticsurgery/posts.html Chris

try dr frantzides office he does bariatric surgery and he does the tummy tuck. He did mine and found out that my c section was botched which left a hernia the size of an apple and was sewn to my abdominal lining that he had to cut loose. just a suggestion he is the best!!! Dee
