swollen feet

so my feet started swelling while in the hospital!! they took my for ultrasound of my veins for fear of blood clot. everything looks good. well today they are still swollen. i told the nurse at doctors office today. it makes it hard to walk!! anyone else have this problem??

Did Barb say anything about the fact that the IVs might have caused all the swelling? I came home in my slippers because I could not get my shoes on at all. I called my legs "sausages" and sometimes would refer to them as tree trunks because they were so swollen. My feet ended up so swollen that I could barely bend my toes. Chris

no she did not say but was not concerned. it seems to have gone down today which is good!! glad to hear i was not the only one with that problems
