filler up!

Today I get might fist fill. I will get this at 3 pm I do hope it it works because I am not losing much weight. 0 since surgery 6 weeks ago. So here goes. I start the next faze of my journey.

Did Dr JR ever mention to you that the time from surgery to when you get your first file is called the "time of frustration"? I heard him mention that at a couple of seminars that I was at to give my testimony. Things will get better. Take care. Are you in the general area of the clinic?
