How are you ladies doing since you went to the losers bench?

hey there Audrey!! I still feel really sick, well the last 2 days have been my best!! I have a lot of pain when i stand and walk, because i have neuropathy. That's where the nerves are trying to regenerate and it burns and hurts to touch, or have your clothes rub it. I am not getting my protein in, because they all make me sick. On a better note I have two jugs coming today of syntrax nectar. The fuzzy navel and caribbean cooler. I have heard only awesome things about them, and so my Protein problems will be a thing of the past!! I know I will feel better when my body gets the right fuel!!! Also I can walk 1/2 mile on the track at the YMCA and I am not out of breath anymore!!! I can walk to the store and around it and not get tired!!! The best part of it all I went to the dr and they weren't even going to weigh me, because they put at the top for weight 350+ and I said don't you have to weigh me and she was *****y and was like OK I guess. I was 332 I can be weighed on the scale again!!!! for me that was my lowest point when I went to my dr and couldn't be weighed!!!!!! so that is my WOW moment!!!! I bet your sorry you asked with my ramblings lol Dee

Dee, Great that you can be weighed on the scale. I just got off the phone with Leslie. I have been having so much pain for the last 2 days.....I am wondering if it's the same as yours. My whole left side hurts. A combination of soreness, constant pain and a few stabbings. Leslie said it could be the stitches inside but if it continues to go to ER for cat scan. I am going to try the darvocet.I only took half a pill the first day I got home but I have been taking extra strength tylenol now without any relief. What do you think? Shar

shar my pain is in a triangle between the incision holes and it hurts to touch. It is more on the skin then inside! I do have a pain on the inside like pulling but I think that is healing! does it hurt when your clothes touch it (rub)? Mine does and Dr. Jones said it was the nerves trying to regenerate I hope this help you and I hope your feeling better. I sure wish I had pain pills I haven't had any since the Sunday after surgery!! I was allergic to the darvocet and never got anything else! keep me posted please Dee

Yes, it hurts to touch but also inside. I feel a bit better now but I have to stay in a "perfect" position. can't you take extra strength tylenol?I took that today and it helped. I still am not eating much. Cottage cheese, baby fruits, I read about other people eating more substantial foods at this point. I think I am afraid to progress. What's for dinner tonight? Shar

I can take Tylenol but it doesn't help!! Dinner for me is spinach and cheese ravioli from the Gerber graduates. I ate half this afternoon and it didn't kill my stomach so I will have the other part tonight. how about you
