Distraught...HELP!!!

Hi cherie, I am on ipa also and had to get a psyche eval but my surgeon requires that you see a psychologist that specializes in weight loss /organ transplants etc. He said a psychiatrist will not do the lady I saw was very very thorough, I had about a two hour talk with her then took a 567 question test that was pretty crazy she doesn't take ipa and she charged me 150 dollars since I had no other insurance but it was money well spent, I'm waiting on my surgery date now, call barnes and ask for dr heydebrand in the psycology dept office she is really good and very competent she really knows her stuff. Be prepared for alot of questions and alot of more questions good luck and who's your surgeon?

Hey Gena. How are you. Thank you so much for responding to my post! I am anxious now and will definitely contact Dr. Heydebrand. My surgeon is Dr. Prachand. He was so gentle and easy going when I met with him for my consultation. Please keep in touch and let me know how your process is going. I will do the same.
