I am approximately 15 days post-op. My wound keeps leaking a fatty substance, almost like an oil. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, when or if does this go away? I have ruined so many shirts already that pretty soon I won't have anything to wear.

Hi Lina- Congratulations on your surgery. I'm not sure what the "fatty" substance is that you are talking about... I know I had a lot of oosing before the g-tube came out but that was because it's a forein object trying to get out of your body. If I was in this situation, I would contact my surgeons office on Monday just to make sure it's "normal". I hope everything else is going well and you are starting to bounce back. ((Hugs)) Christina
