Have Surgery Date

I had my pre-surgery consult w/Dr. Rantis this a.m. and I am scheduled for surgery May 25th! He spent a lot of time w/me and my family, fully outlining how high risk this is - my poor daughter was in tears. But he put such a positive spin on things compared to the Pulmo Dr. that , at least, I am confident all will be well! I just have to have my pre-op tests, pack my bag and it's a go! Wish me luck!

Wow.. Congrats on your date! That is fantastic. I work in Carol Stream so if you ever want to get together or need some help after your surgery just let me know. I can run over on my lunch hour, or before or after work. You will do just fine. ((Hugs)) Christina
