LOOKING FOR A DOCTOR

In illinos that does lapband I have medicare and maidcaid as my ins. My doctor is willing to write a letter to help me

check out University of Chicago and Dr. Ayloo @University of Illinois( Chicago). I know that they both accept it good luck!

I also have medicad and my doctor told me that iot wont cover lapband. I never tried itso I cant say for sure but ive also heard others mention the same things. but like the above poster mentioned the University of chicago does take the medical card. Id call and talk to one of the doctors staff there.

Go to Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet - Dr. Brian Lahmann or Dr. Christopher Joyce - Midwest Bariatric. They are a "Center of Excellence" which is required if you are on medicare.
